FV = P(1 + r/n)^(nt) + PMT × [(1 + r/n)^(nt) − 1] / (r/n)

Where:

  • FV = Future value
  • P = Principal (initial investment)
  • r = Annual interest rate (decimal)
  • n = Compounding periods per year
  • t = Time in years
  • PMT = Contribution per period
